Estimated despatch dates

Our estimated despatch dates are based on the latest production lead times. In rare situations we may need to adjust your delivery date, in which case, a member of our customer service team will be in touch to arrange a date and time that is most convenient for you.

Handling and carriage charges

Delivery to most UK mainland addresses is free of charge (surcharge applied to locations outside this when placing order).

Storage Solution Assembly

Every one of our storage products comes with an easy-to-follow assembly guide and video tutorial.  We also offer a quick and convenient Assembly Service.

Furniture Assembly

All HEX Living outdoor furniture products are delivered via our specialist white glove assembly team who will unpack and set up your furniture in any location you require.  This service is complimentary and provided as part of our delivery promise.

Each order comes with a self explanatory installation guide. Alternatively you may want to use our Assembly Service.
