Steel
A good quality outdoor product needs a couple of essential characteristics. And the material it is made from can have a significant impact on that. Not only is steel strong and durable, ideal for withstanding the elements, but it is also highly versatile and can be shaped and fabricated into various forms and sizes. Galvanisation
Steel becomes galvanised when it is coated in a protective layer of zinc. The zinc creates a barrier between the metal and its environment, preventing rust or corrosion on the material’s surface. Powder-Coating
The finishing touch, all our products are treated to expert powder-coating. Unlike conventional paint, powder-coating involves applying a dry, finely ground powder which bonds to the metal electrostatically before curing under heat. The result is a smooth, hard finish, much tougher than standard paint. Powder-coating adds an additional layer of protection while giving our products their final contemporary aesthetic.
