I’m missing a part, what should I do?
Call us on +44 (0) 1889 272 056 or email hello@hexliving.co.uk quoting your unique product reference number and the number of the part you are missing, and we’ll send it to you guaranteed next day delivery.
Why do I need to register my product to activate the warranty? I don’t want you to bombard me with email marketing.
As with household appliances, we recommend you register your product with us so that in the unlikely event that you need to make a claim we have the precise details about your product – where you purchased it, the date of your purchase, the unique product reference number. By holding this data, it allows us to quickly respond to your claim, ensure we access the correct spare parts and give you peace of mind a HEX Living product promises. You can choose to opt in to receive our newsletters, product launches and special offers.
Your lifetime warranty is invalid if I dismantle the product, why is that?
Hex Living products are designed and manufactured to last a lifetime and we stand by that. To give you maximum satisfaction the components are designed to be assembled once, creating water-tight joints and delivering maximum rigidity.
Do you offer an assembly service for storage products?

Do you offer an assembly service for furniture products?
Assembly of furniture products is included as part of our complimentary delivery service. Our specialist white glove assembly team will unpack and set up your furniture in any location required.
Does the lifetime warranty apply to all elements of your garden furniture products?
Our lifetime warranty applies to the metal components of our garden furniture. Cushions, seat pads and parasols are exempt from this guarantee but come with a one-year manufacturer warranty for added peace of mind.
